As the year draws to a close, we’d like to invite you to a cozy Christmas gathering on December 19 at 12:00 in the cafeteria. We’ll be serving traditional Danish “æbleskiver,” hot cocoa, soft drinks, Christmas beer, and mulled wine. We hope to see all of you there so we can wish each other a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

A message from the USA and our new Managing Director
Dear team,
I’d like to share a personal update with all of you. A little over two months ago, I moved to the USA to kick off our new production and sales activities. As some of you know, I recently had the pleasure of spending a week back in Denmark, and I can’t express how proud I am to see how Poster & Frame has positively evolved in all areas during my absence.
I am particularly proud of the incredible diversity among our colleagues—both in personalities and cultures. It’s inspiring to see how everyone treats each other with respect and contributes to a strong and inclusive work environment. Your efforts make a significant impact, not just for Poster & Frame, but also for the artists and stores we collaborate with. You’re helping both small and large players succeed through our products—and that’s truly something to be proud of!
To ensure our continued professional development and strong day-to-day leadership, Peter, who is currently our CFO, has accepted the role of Managing Director at the Denmark office. Going forward, Peter will be your primary “go-to” person in Denmark. Danni and I will still share overall responsibility, but day-to-day questions, challenges, and ideas should continue to be brought up with your respective team leaders, who will then escalate them to Peter. Peter will, in turn, coordinate with Danni and me.
This marks a new and different way of running our business. Some of you may be used to dealing directly with either Danni or me, but I hope you understand that as the company grows, we need to implement new, better, and more professional solutions. This is yet another step in the right direction. Peter has been unanimously chosen by the management team for this responsibility, and we are delighted and proud that he has accepted the role.
I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for the effort you put into your work every day. You are what makes Poster & Frame such a special company, and I look forward to seeing how we continue to grow and develop together.
